My greatest accomplishment in the last year has been dropping 25 lbs. We did a Biggest Loser Competition at work and I was able to stay focused enough to lose weight. I am a junk food addict so it was very hard. My partner and I won the team competition. I think the 25 lb loss may have been a little too much but I have put a little back on. I’m at my ideal weight right now so it was something I was very proud of. Diet and exercise are amazing things! I still eat healthier (but I still indulge in the junk food, too).
